Every AncientGameForge game is 3D-printed and finished to order by CLT 3D Printing in the United States. This page explains how long that takes and how your order reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us at [email protected] and we will see what we can arrange.

Handling time (made to order)

Because each set is printed and hand-finished after you order, most games ship within 3 to 10 business days. Larger Heirloom sets and custom requests can take longer; if an item will take unusually long, we will let you know by email.

Shipping methods and delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days depending on your location and the carrier. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and choose the best option for the size and weight of your order.

• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Free shipping: may be offered on qualifying orders; any threshold will be shown at checkout.

Total time to receive an order is the handling time plus the delivery time above.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within a reasonable time, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any duties or taxes required by law are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed well beyond the estimates above, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will make it right by arranging a replacement or a refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but we will help you recover a package where we can.
