We want you to be happy with your AncientGameForge set. If something is not right, here is how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

Our guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

30-day returns on unused games

You may return most games within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, as long as the game is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send instructions.

Made-to-order and custom items

Because our games are printed and finished to order, personalized or custom-configured items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Standard catalog editions follow the 30-day policy above.

Return shipping

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or defective, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away — you usually will not need to ship the damaged item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a damage claim), we issue your refund to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order for a full refund before it enters production. Once printing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
